Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival - free of charge, full refund will be given.

Cancellation 15-30 days prior to arrival - cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the reservation.

Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival - cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the reservation.

No-show - full price of the reservation will be charged without refund.

Early departure - no refund for unused nights.

Change of dates - subject to availability and the difference in price may be charged.

There are two swimming pools, one of which has a paddling pool for children, and tennis courts. All are free of charge. Tennis rackets can be hired free of charge.

The weather in Tenerife is almost always beautiful. Compared to Europe, this is especially true in winter, but summer conditions are also more pleasant than in the rest of Spain, thanks to milder temperatures. The cold ocean current from northern Europe, which flows along the African coast, naturally cools the Canary Islands. Nevertheless, the sea maintains a temperature of around 20 degrees even in winter, allowing for year-round swimming.
