To connect to WiFi, scan the QR code provided.

On the upper floor, you can use a WiFi extender by connecting to the MOVISTAR_6A00_EXT network.

TV and Soundbar

You can use apps such as Netflix, HBO Max, or other available streaming services to watch TV. Please log in with your own account and remember to log out before you leave.

The soundbar is automatically connected to the TV. If you want to use it separately to listen to music, simply connect your phone to the Q-Series Soundbar via Bluetooth.

Please respect the quiet hours and set the volume to a reasonable level in the evening. 

Lower terrace

Outdoor awning

On the lower terrace, you can use an outdoor awning to protect yourself from the western sun.

The awning is operated manually using a crank handle. After lowering it, secure it in the holders on the railing – slide the lock to the right.

⚠️ Warning: Never lower the awning without securing it to the railing! Sudden gusts of wind may cause damage.

Air conditioning

Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

Please use it only when windows and doors are closed – this will prevent unnecessary energy consumption and ensure its proper functioning.

Keys and inputs

You will be provided with a set of keys for the gate to the premises and the entrance door.

The remote control can be used to open:

• upper button – garage door
  
• lower button – entrance gate
  

The entrance gate closes automatically; please close the garage door using the switch on the wall inside the garage.

You can also enter the premises using the doorbell at the gate – enter code 113 for R8 and open the gate via the intercom.

Access to the swimming pool and tennis courts is free of charge using the blue chip.

Tennis court and swimming pools

Swimming pools

During your stay, you can use two swimming pools free of charge, one of which has a children's paddling pool.

Use the blue chip to enter the complex.

Tennis court

There is also a tennis court, which you can use without reservation.

Tennis equipment – rackets and balls – can be found in the garage.

Kitchen and equipment

There is a fully equipped kitchen suitable for preparing meals.

The equipment includes, among other things:

Washing and drying

Washing machine is located in the utility room in the garage.

You can use the attached drying racks to dry your laundry.

Drinking water

We recommend filling the barrels at the main entrance next to the pool with drinking water.

The price is €1 per 10 liters.
